Return Policy.
Damaged Goods / Shipping Error
Products damaged in shipment and all other shipping errors will be replaced at no charge. Please contact concierge.glowbynina@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt to be issued a replacement. Glow By Nina will provide a free return shipping label for you to return your damaged product. Replacement product will be shipped upon receipt of product being sent back. If returned product(s) are not received within 30 days the client will be charged for the replacement shipment. It is the clients responsibility to ensure returned product is shipped and received by Glow By Nina.
Other Returns
Any products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
Note
Glow By Nina will not replace expired product or product purchased through other channels.
